Our festival is an annual event that brings together different theatres. It is for those who want to experience a variety of contemporary theatrical forms and share their ideas with colleagues and audiences. We do not award places, as it is not a competition. However, we offer nominations determined by an expert jury.
Our mission is simple: to meet like-minded people in person and create theatrical masterpieces together!

- Dear colleagues!We sincerely thank everyone who submitted applications to participate in the festival.
This year, we received a large number of works — diverse in form, theme, and artistic language.
We carefully reviewed each submission and truly value the time and effort you invested in preparing your material.

Festival Terms & Conditions
- The International Theatre Festival “Olivkovaya kostochka” is held with the aim of supporting theatre companies and promoting theatrical art.
- The Festival is an independent cultural project and is organized on a non-profit basis.
- The Festival is held for two categories of participants: professional actors and children’s theatre companies.
- The Festival for professional actors will take place on March 27–29, 2026. Venue: ENA Theatre, Limassol, Republic of Cyprus.
- The Festival for children’s theatre companies will take place on May 29–31, 2026. Venue: ENA Theatre, Limassol, Republic of Cyprus.
- To participate, applicants must complete an application form on the website and submit a video recording of the performance.
- Festival participants will be selected from among all submitted applications.
- After selection, an organizational fee of 50 euros per company must be paid (a receipt will be provided).
- The Organizers reserve the right to refuse participation to performances that do not correspond to the theme and objectives of the Festival.
- Participants undertake to provide accurate and truthful information about themselves and their performance.
- Travel and accommodation expenses are covered by the Festival participants.
- The Organizing Committee provides participants with the following: airport transfer (pick-up and drop-off), assistance with accommodation arrangements, a dinner after the Festival closing, snacks during the Festival (vegetables/fruits), and advertising support.
- Revenue from ticket sales will be shared equally — 50/50 — between the Organizers and the participants.
- The Organizers shall not be liable for the full or partial cancellation, postponement, or change of the Festival format in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, fires, floods, epidemics and pandemics, decisions of governmental authorities, emergency situations, technical failures of the venue, actions of third parties, or other circumstances beyond the control of the Organizers.
